L.A.S. Vino is named from the initials of Luck, Art, and Science, is Nic Peterkin’s own brand. Hand-picked Chardonnay fruit from two vineyards to the north and south of Margaret River was whole bunch pressed and fermented in French oak barrels (15% new).
