Fruit from a cooler, southwest-facing vineyard planted in the 1980s imbues this wine with a firm structure. Dark fruit notes are layered with tangy and earthy undertones, creating deep, complex flavours. It is still fresh after 26 months of barrel and bottle aging before release.
