There's an elegant, spicy Shiraz ④ from one of Victoria's late-harvesting regions, and an iconic Australian blend of Shiraz and Grenache ⑤ that has been made since 1993. Finally, a Cabernet ⑥ from an old-vine vineyard in the Wilyabrup sub-region of Margaret River. Unfortunately production has been discontinued because the manufacturing process - fermenting in stainless steel tanks, injecting CO2, and canning - placed too heavy a burden on their production capacity. The "Pizzini Can" is a favourite for the beach, the mountains, or solo drinking. Unfortunately, stock is limited to what we have left in the cellar.
