アレンテージョを代表する白品種のブレンドとして2007 年から造り始めたが、古い土着品種の畑（1970 年前後植樹）購入により、単なる白のブレンドでは無く、祖先からの白土着6 品種をフィルド・ブレンドした「アンセストラル(= 祖先から受け継がれた)」となる。柑橘の瑞々しいアロマと爽やかなミネラル感、ミッドパレットに厚みあるテクスチャー。爽やかな余韻は、特に「うまみ」のある和食と良い相性。

《 Made from indigenous, “Ancestral” varieties of Portugal 》
This wine was first produced in 2007 as a b lend of white varietals representative of the Alentejo region. With the purchase of an old vineyard of indigenous varietals (planted around 1970), it is no longer just a white blend, but an “Ancestral” (= inherited from the ancestors) field blend of six indigenous white varietals. It displays fresh citrus aromas, refreshing minerality, and a rich texture on the mid-palate, and pairs especially well with umami-rich Japanese dishes.
