A complex and elegant Chardonnay that epitomizes the outstanding 2005 vintage.
Each year, the Chardonnay is barrel fermented in 100%, specially-commissioned new French oak barrels, followed by 11 months of barrel maturation with the lees stirred every two to three weeks. Concentrated fruit flavours supported by clean acidity, it shows balance, elegant complexity and depth, with a long finish.
