　キング･ヴァレーでイタリア品種に特化した栽培醸造を手がけるピッツィーニの微発泡缶ワイン。本格的な味わいながら手軽に扱えると人気商品でしたが、ステンレスタンクで発酵後、炭酸ガスを注入して缶に詰める製造工程が生産規模に対して負担がかかりすぎるということで、製造中止になりました。海に、山に、ソロ飲みに、と活躍した“ピッツィーニ缶”。残念ですが、現在庫限りです。お見逃しなく！

This semi-sparkling canned wine from Pizzini, a producer in King Valley specializing in Italian grape varieties, is popular for combines authentic flavour with the convenience of a can. Unfortunately production has been discontinued because the manufacturing process - fermenting in stainless steel tanks, injecting CO2, and canning - placed too heavy a burden on their production capacity. The "Pizzini Can" is a favourite for the beach, the mountains, or solo drinking. Unfortunately, stock is limited to what we have left in the cellar.
