2005年からバイオダイナミック栽培の白ブドウ3品種を混醸で自然発酵したオレンジワイン。
清澄、濾過せず、微量の亜硫酸のみ使用。イチゴ、チェリー、グァバの風味にスパイスのニュアンス。
（注）場合により、濁りや僅かな発泡性が有ることがあります。

An orange wine made from three biodynamically grown white grape varietals,
co-fermented using natural yeasts. It is neither fined nor filtered, with only a trace amountof sulphur added. Flavours of strawberry, cherry, and guava, with spice nuances.
Note: It may be slightly cloudy or have a slight effervescence.
