　バイオダイナミック農法に取り組むデラタイトは、珍しいゲヴュルツトラミネール100％の泡。トルコの砂糖菓子や青リンゴを思わせる香りは、アペリティフやカナッペと。シックなラベルが映えるロブ･ドーラン･ブラック･ラベルは、シャルドネ100％。果実の丸みと爽やかさ、クリーミーな口当たりを併せ持ち、食前から食中まで活躍します。レヴレットIQ3の名は、瓶内二次発酵後、最低3年間澱とともに熟成することから。熟成由来の複雑さときめ細かく溶け込むような泡、滑らかな口当たりは、この価格帯とは思えない質です。

Biodynamic producer Delatite ❶ makes an unusual 100% Gewürztraminer sparkling, with hints of Turkish delight and green apple. A lovely aperitif or partner for canapés. Rob Dolan Black Label ❷ is 100% Chardonnay, combining generous fruit, freshness and a creamy texture. Equally enjoyable on its own or with food. Leveret IQ3 ❸ takes its name from at least three years of ageing on lees after secondary fermentation in bottle. With impressive complexity, beautifully fine bubbles and a silky finish, it punches well above its price tag.
