海抜1,700m-3,111ｍの間に散らばるコロメの４つの畑は、どれも小粒で果皮が厚いが、それぞれ特徴のあるブドウを生む。エステート･マルベックは、清らかな酸と果実味が凝縮した4つの畑のマルベックをブレンド。手摘みの果実は光学機械で選果、力強くもフレッシュで軽快、エレガントな余韻。マルベックには赤身の肉という常識を打ち破る洗練された味わいは、魚料理にも。フレンチオーク樽で15ヶ月間熟成、瓶熟6ヶ月を経てリリース。

《Harmonious blend of four mountain vineyards from 4 different altitudes》
The Estate Malbec is a blend of fruit from Colomé’s four vineyards, which range from 1,700m to 3,111m in altitude. The hand-picked fruit is sorted using an optical machine. Each vineyard shows its own characteristics, and they all produce small grapes with thick skins, concentrated, pure acidity and fruit flavours. It is powerful yet fresh, light, and elegant on the finish. The sophisticated flavour goes against the common perception that Malbec is a red meat wine, and it complements fish dishes. Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels and released after a further 6 months in the bottle.
