ワイナリーがある標高2,300mの自社畑より樹齢100年以上の果実を主体に樹齢15年のブドウをブレンド。強い紫外線による厚い果皮、昼夜の大きな温度差が果実の凝縮と豊かな酸を生む。あえて樽は使わず、その土地本来の風味（アウテンティコ）の表現を目指す。1831年創業、現存するアルゼンチン最古のワイナリー。

《Naturally made and very precise》
Colomé “Autentico” is a tribute to the pioneers who planted the Estate vineyards and opened the winery in 1831. A blend of fruit, predominantly from vineyards over 100 years old combined with vineyards 15 years old, located at an altitude of 2,300 m. The thick skins from strong ultraviolet rays and large day to night temperature difference deliver robust flavours supported by fresh acidity. The use of barrels was eschewed to better express the unique characters of the terroir (Autentico).
