ムーテリーのロージーズ･ブロックに1999 年、最初に植え付けた25列目のブドウでつくるワインは樽を使わず、土壌の生み出す風味をワインに表現する試み。2019ヴィンテージより25％はクレイ･アンフォラでの自然発酵を導入、2020 年はその比率を100％にまで高め、2022 年にはその名もアンフォラ･シャルドネと変更。澱とともにステンレスタンクも使い、計14 ヶ月間熟成し、テクスチャーの立体感と味わいの深みを生む。BioGro 有機認証。

《The subtle delights of amphora fermented Chardonnay.》

Twenty Five Rows began as a working title for a Chardonnay made to express the flavours of the terroir without oak from 25 rows of grapes in Rosie’ s Block in the Moutere planted in 1999. For the 2019 vintage, 25% was naturally fermented in clay amphora, with the percentage increasing to 100% in 2020. In 2022, the name was changed to Amphora Chardonnay. It is aged on lees and in stainless steel tanks for a total of 14 months, creating a three-dimensional texture and depth of flavour. BioGro Organic Certified.
