ボルドー右岸の銘醸地、メルロの本場として知られるサン･テミリオンのワイナリーが手掛ける100% メルロのEU オーガニック認証ワイン。鮮やかな赤い果実のアロマに森の下草やスパイスの香り。まろやかな口当たりでカシスやブラックベリーの果実がしなやかな酸とともに長い余韻まで続く。丁寧に選果した果実を低温（26℃）で3 週間かけて発酵後、コンクリートタンクでマロラクテイック発酵。SO2 の使用は最小限。

《A funky name for a lovely, affordable Bordeaux》

A 100% Merlot EU organic certified wine from a winery in St. Emilion, the home of Merlot on the famous right bank in Bordeaux. Bright red fruit aromas with hints of forest undergrowth and spice. In the mouth, blackcurrant and jammy blackberries flavours are charming and soft, with a supple and round mouthfeel, and tannins showing nice length. The fruit was carefully selected and fermented at low temperature (26°C) for three weeks, then underwent malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks. SO2 use is minimal.
