Made from 100% organically grown grapes, a refreshing dry Rosé created by adding touches of white Viognier and Sauvignon Gris to free-run juice from three red varieties, and fermenting at low temperatures. The vibrant fruitiness reminiscent of citrus and summer berries spreads with uplifting acidity, finishing minerally and crisp. The charm of this dry Rosé is on full display in its ability to complement the individual flavours of a wide range of dishes.
