《飲み頃、ヴィレッジ･セラーズ熟成セミヨン》

アプリコットやレモン、ライム、金柑の鮮やかな果実に、豊かな酸味が備わったフルボディ。発酵･熟成はステンレスタンクを使用し樽は使っていないが、長期熟成により蜂蜜、キャラメル、トースト香が生まれる。まろやかなテクスチャーのもと、深みある余韻が広がる。この2008年ヴィンテージのリリース時、同じような気候条件で低収量だった1986年との比較から、モスウッドは一番の飲み頃を10年～20年後と予測。今がまさにその時。

《Ready to drink, Village Cellars aged Semillon》

Full-bodied with bright apricot, lemon, lime and kumquat fruit, with rich acidity. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks with no barrels used, long aging in the bottle has produced characteristic honey, caramel, and toast aromas, rounded texture and a long, lingering finish. At the time of release, based on comparisons with the 1986 vintage which had similar climate conditions and low yields, Moss Wood predicted the best time to drink this wine would be in 10 to 20 years. Now is the perfect time.
